Description
🌿 Herbal☕ Caffeine-Free🌙 Evening Cup🌿 Loose Leaf
The wind-down cup — chamomile, lavender and lemon balm in the European apothecary tradition.
Long before “calming tea” became a category, herbalists across Europe paired chamomile, lavender and lemon balm because the three together drank rounder than any of them alone. Chamomile carries the soft sweetness; lavender adds a floral lift that keeps the cup from going flat; lemon balm gives the body a gentle, slightly green base. Rose petals fill in the edges.
Naturally caffeine-free. Made for the hour after dinner rather than the morning rush — a cup that lets the room get a little quieter without drugging the day.

Tasting Notes
🌼
Soft Honeyed Top
Aroma
Chamomile arrives first — a soft, slightly honeyed warmth, the smell of dried flower heads in a sunny tin rather than tea-bag dust.
🌿
Floral Green Body
Body
Lavender lifts the middle without going soapy; lemon balm grounds it with a soft green vegetal note. The cup reads floral but not perfumed.
✨
Clean Sweet Finish
Aftertaste
Closes round and lightly sweet — no astringency, no bitterness even on a longer steep. The blend is built to be drunk unsweetened.
How to Brew
01
Measure
One heaped teaspoon (about 2g) per 8oz cup. The cut is light by volume — fill the spoon properly.
02
Heat the Water
Bring water to a full boil — 100°C / 212°F. Herbal flowers and leaves need real heat to release their character.
03
Steep 5–7 Minutes
Cover the cup if you can — keeps the floral aromatics in the brew. Five minutes for a softer cup, seven for a fuller body.
Water
100°C

Per Cup
1 heaped tsp
Drinks well neat. A small spoon of honey rounds it further if you like; a thin slice of lemon brightens it without stealing from the chamomile. Made for the after-dinner couch, not the morning desk.
About the Tea
🌼
Chamomile Flowers
The Heart
Whole dried chamomile flower heads form the centre of the blend. The whole flower brews softer and rounder than the broken sift used in tea-bag chamomile — you can see the petals in the tin.
🌿
Lavender & Lemon Balm
The Lift
Cut lavender flowers add a clean floral top note; lemon balm grounds it with a soft, slightly citrus-green leaf. The two together keep the chamomile from going flat.
🌹
Rose & Lemongrass
The Round
Rose petals and a small accent of cut lemongrass round the cup — rose adds quiet floral depth, lemongrass adds a gentle citrus brightness. Together they turn a chamomile-lavender duet into a full evening cup.
In the tin
Chamomile flowers, lavender, lemon balm, rose petals, lemongrass.
Origin & Sourcing
Built on whole chamomile flowers — long associated with the apothecary tradition across Europe and the Mediterranean — with cut lavender, lemon balm, rose petals and lemongrass supporting the cup. Caffeine-free, naturally gluten-free, blended in small batches for the Sampson shelf.
