r Sift together 1 cup Cornmeal, 1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 1 Tbsp Baking Powder, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1 Tbsp Sugar in a separate bowel. Add 1 egg, 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup butter. Beat until smooth, about 1 minute. Do not over beat. Preheat oven to 425°. Bake in a greased 8-inch square pan for 20-25 min. Serve warm with butter and a beaming smile. Serves 9
