Directions:

Inhalation:

3-10 drops of essential oil added to a bowl of boiling water/facial steamer. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes up to 3 times daily.

Topical use:

Mix up to 10 drops of essential oil in 15 ml of base oil for safe topical use.
