• For hot cereal:Bring 3 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil.Add 1 cup cereal, turn heat down, cover and cook for 10 minutes.Makes 2 1/2 cups.Serve with honey or brown sugar and milk.Add most any fruit such as sliced bananas, peaches, raisins and/or dates, walnuts, pecans or sunflower pieces to increase your breakfast nutrition and pleasure.
