Vitamin D helps in the maintenance of strong bones and good health, and the absorption and use of calcium.* Caltrate with Vitamin D is Gelatin, Gluten, lactose and preservative free.
Who is this product for?
For those who require higher amounts of vitamin D.
Dosage:
One tablet daily with food or as recommended by a physician. Tablet may be broken in half for convenience. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Caution:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In case of accidental overdose contact a physician or poison control centre immediately.
