Suggested Use
Brush teeth thoroughly with toothpaste, preferably after each meal or at least twice daily, or as directed by dentist. Apply pea-sized amount to toothbrush. Brush all tooth surfaces for at least 2 minutes. Spit out thoroughly – do not swallow toothpaste.
