Recommened Dose (Oral) Adults Only:

Cautions:

Consult a health care practitioner if you have hypertension, acute illness, have unstable hormone cycles, or are currently on a stimulant; or other supplements. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking anticoagulant / antiplatelet drugs; are diabetic; or are suffering from Schizophrenia or cardiovascular disease. Do not use if you have hypoglycemia; are pregnant or breastfeeding; are suffering from any bleeding disorders or seizures; are taking immunosuppressive medications; or have hormone sensitive conditions. Do not use prior to surgery. Discontinue use if you experience gastrointestinal upset, headaches, dizziness, palpitations, constipation, or allergic reactions.*
