Suggested Use
Shake inhaler well before each use. Exhale fully, then place mouthpiece in mouth and close lips around it. Start to breathe in slowly and deeply while pressing down on the top of the canister. Hold breath for 10 seconds, then exhale slowly. Wait at least 1 minute between inhalations. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
