Non-medicinal Ingredients:
Blackberry powder, blueberry powder, cranberry powder, raspberry powder, dicalcium phosphate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose.
Recommended Use
Adults: Take 5 capsules two times per day. For optimal absorption, avoid taking with dairy products. Do not take before bedtime. Use consistently for at least 4 weeks to experience positive effects.
