Compact retractable blade bread lame used for scoring detailed and decorative designs in bread dough. Handmade and finished with food safe walnut oil/ beeswax. The solid Brass thumb screw is easy to adjust blade tension and holds the blade tight. The blade completely retracts inside the handle for storage and travel. Fits any double edge razor blade.
