Traditional Medicinals Organic Heart Tea Hawthorn Hibiscus is used in herbal medicine to help maintain and/or support cardiovascular health in adults.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each tea bag (2 g) contains Organic hawthorn flower & leaf (Crataegus monogyna) 1000 mg, organic hawthorn fruit (Crataegus monogyna) 500 mg.
Other Ingredients: Organic hibiscus flower* (Hibiscus sabdariffa).
Recommended Use:
Pour 240 mL of freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. Adults: Drink 1 cup 3 times daily. Use for a minimum of two months to see beneficial effects.
Cautions:
If you are taking any medications for your heart or blood pressure, talk to your doctor before using this product. If your symptoms get worse or don’t improve, see a doctor.
